Whatever you are looking to achieve, with our 15 years of experience we can advise on the best options for you, all carried out in our private gym in Newtown. We can also provide sports massages and nutritional advice to help keep you working towards your fitness target.

I’ve been going to Cassia’s classes for over a year. The classes are challenging but can always be scaled depending on athletic and fitness ability. The friendly atmosphere keeps you going back for more workout pain and over the past year I have seen a big improvement in my overall health. If you’re looking to make that step into fitness then this is the place.
Great Gym! Absolutely love the chaos + order classes, they cater for all abilities and Cassie makes it such a fun atmosphere for everyone! 🙌 Also had a PT session with Cas to help with technique which was great! Definitely recommend if your looking for a community gym 😊
